Welcome to Elevate Neurofeedback, LLC doing business as Soulfully Anchored (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing our products, services, or memberships through Podia, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Products and Services

We offer:

Online courses and digital downloads
Membership access with live group coaching sessions
Educational and personal development content, including guidance in psychology, spirituality, and other specialized topics

Important: Our content is for educational and personal growth purposes only and is not therapy, medical advice, or professional counseling.

2. Memberships, Subscriptions, and Payments

Memberships are monthly and auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Payment is processed via Stripe through Podia.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, except as required by Podia’s payment policies.
Trial periods (e.g., 7-day trial) may be offered. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, PDFs, and resources are copyrighted and owned by Elevate Neurofeedback, LLC.
Materials are strictly for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any content without explicit written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

4. Disclaimers and Liability

Results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our products or coaching sessions.
Content may cover sensitive or high-risk topics (mental health, trauma, nutrition, personal development). Participation is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from your use of our products, coaching, or advice.

5. Community Participation

To maintain a safe and supportive environment:

Members must not post hate speech, offensive content, harassment, self-promotion, or spam.
We reserve the right to remove posts or block members violating these rules without notice.
Community participation is part of your membership but does not constitute professional therapy or advice.

6. External Services

Payments are handled via Stripe through Podia, and by purchasing or subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms.
We may link to other third-party services for tools or resources. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third parties.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
By using our services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in your state of residence.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
